Exam Certificates

It is important that students make every effort to collect their exam certificates and store them safely as they are important documents. Awarding organisations charge approximately £50.00 for each replacement certificate and we can only store them for a fixed amount of time before they are securely destroyed. Further education providers and employers will need to see the original documents.

Exam Certificates - Summer 2025

Exam certificates for Summer 2025 will be available for collection from 3.30-6.00pm on Monday 15th December 2025 in the Main Hall. Students must bring photo ID.

Students can nominate someone to collect them on their behalf. The Candidate Permission Form must be completed by the student. The person collecting must bring the signed form and their own photo ID.

Exam Certificates - Summer 2024

Exam certificates for Summer 2024 are held at Visitor Reception. Students can come in person to collect their certificates and must bring photo ID.

Alternatively, they can nominate someone to collect them on their behalf. The Candidate Permission Form must be completed by the student. The person collecting must bring the signed form and their own photo ID.

Visitor Reception is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, term time only.

Exam Certificates - 2023 and earlier

To obtain certificates from previous years please contact the Exams office exams@lutterworthcollege.com stating your full name, date of birth and year the exams were taken. If your certificates are held on file we will notify you and you will be able to collect them from Visitor Reception.

Lost Certificates

If you have lost your certificates you will need to obtain replacements from the awarding bodies, there is a cost for this. The links below provide further information.
