Task 1: Recruitment Methods Research different recruitment methods (e.g., online advertising, recruitment agencies, internal promotion) and create a comparison chart explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each method.

Task 2: Job Description & Person Specification Create a job description and person specification for a customer service manager in a retail company. Explain the importance of each section in the recruitment process.
